We are searching a skilled SuccessFactors Employee Central Business Analyst to join our team. This role will be instrumental in effectively applying SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet our business needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, performing configurations (including data model, foundation data, business rules), managing role-based permissions, executing mass changes and loads, and delivering robust reporting solutions.
The main tasks and responsibilities include
  • Understand and document business requirements, translating them into system specifications within SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Perform system configurations including data model, foundation data, and business rules adjustments based on business requirements
  • Manage role-based permissions to ensure appropriate access and system security
  • Execute mass changes and data loads in the SuccessFactors Employee Central environment
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain reports in SuccessFactors
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to streamline and optimize SuccessFactors Employee Central functionalities, ensuring alignment with business processes and strategies
  • Assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution related to SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Develop user guides, provide training to end users, and offer ongoing user support to ensure effective usage of SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data and ensure adherence to data privacy regulations
Qualifications and requirements
  • Bachelor\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and data model
  • Experience in system configurations, role-based permissions management, mass changes, data loads, and reporting within SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both French and English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is required
