Key Facts: SAP Finance Lead, Digitalization and automation of Finance IT, Governance frameworks/Risk management, Relationships across all stakeholder levels, in Baden/home office.
Main tasks:

• Shaping the strategic direction and defining a clear product roadmap in collaboration with Finance project leads and key stakeholders.

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of product owners and technical specialists.

• Driving the digitalization and automation of Finance IT systems while ensuring stable and reliable operations.

• Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing digitalization opportunities together with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

• Ensuring seamless integration with related initiatives and adherence to data privacy and security regulations.

• Establishing governance frameworks for effective risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

• Delivering regular updates to senior leadership and maintaining strong relationships across all stakeholder levels.

Your qualifications:

• A university degree in Business Administration (Finance), Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.

• Several years of experience in the SAP Finance IT domain incl. leadership responsibility in cross-functional teams.

• A proven track record in the implementation of SAP S/4, Business Central, Tagetik, or similar enterprise solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Finance IT landscapes, tools, architectures, and processes.

• Experience in organizational change management and driving user adoption.

• ITIL certification or solid familiarity with ITSM frameworks and agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe).

• Excellent communication skills combined with strategic thinking and strong relationship-building abilities.

• Fluency in English and German.
