Your role

• F\\xc3\\xbchrung und Weiterentwicklung einer Schichtgruppe von ca. 7 Mitarbeitenden

• Durchf\\xc3\\xbchren von anspruchsvollen Synthesen pharmazeutischer Zwischen- und Endprodukten auf verschiedenen, komplexen Mehrzweckanlagen in der chemisch- pharmazeutischen Produktion

• Anleitung und Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden, sowie Troubleshooting bei Problemstellungen und Herausforderungen

• Mithilfe bei der Sicherstellung des Produktionsausstosses gem\\xc3\\xa4ss den Planungs- und Priorit\\xc3\\xa4tsvorgaben

• Rohstoffbestellungen und Endproduktablieferungen via SAP

• Vor- und Nachbereitung der Produktionsdokumentation (R\\xc3\\xbcsten, Reinigen und Dokumentenfluss zur Batchkontrolle)

• Betreuung von Handwerkern, externen Dienstleistern

• Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der Sicherheit-und GMP-Richtlinien innerhalb der Schichtgruppe

• Stetige \\xc3\\x9cberlegungen zu Prozessoptimierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Schichtf\\xc3\\xbchrer und Betriebsleiter (Feedbackkultur zu laufenden Projekten/Produkten)

• Aktive Teilnahme am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen innerhalb der Abteilung

Your profile

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe, Chemikant oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

• Mehrj\\xc3\\xa4hrige Erfahrung in der chemischen Produktion und sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Chemietechnik/Anlagentechnik

• Erfahrung in der F\\xc3\\xbchrung von Mitarbeitenden

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

• Belastbare Pers\\xc3\\xb6nlichkeit, welche auch schwierige Aufgaben anpackt und eine hohe Flexibilit\\xc3\\xa4t aufweist, um auf verschiedene Problemstellungen reagieren zu k\\xc3\\xb6nnen
