Project:
As a Scrum Master (SM), you act as a passionate servant leader and agile coach for the team. (Reference number 924553RF).
Responsibilities:
Your main task is to further develop and align the processes and collaboration within the team and across the entire Agile Release Train (SAFe). You work closely and actively with the team's Product Owner (PO), the other teams in the ART, the line organization, and other stakeholders. You address, mitigate, track, or escalate the team's risks, obstacles, and challenges as needed. In your role as a Change Agent, you support the transformation within the team and the organization, provide impetus for the further development of existing processes, and thus promote the acceptance of agile working methods.
Requirements:
You are an empathetic, reliable, and team-oriented individual who enjoys coaching people and teams and possesses the necessary facilitation skills and a strong sense of responsibility. Several years of practical experience in a SAFe organization as a Scrum Master. Experience with a sales platform CRM at a bank is a significant advantage. Completed advanced training courses in agile frameworks and methods are advantageous (e.g., SAFe SM certification). German as the project language (native speaker level).
