Coaching and supporting agile team members to grow and succeed
Fostering an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement
Facilitating the cadence, events and artifacts across the agile team
Supporting the Operational Value Stream (OVS) to apply the agile principles and help them achieve the agile ways of working
Engaging in the agile spirit and mindset
Role modelling and enabling the customer agile behaviours, providing a psychologically safe environment which promotes transparency and constructive challenge
Experience:
Over 5 years working in complex, enterprise projects involving data migration, building data platforms or data strategies
Managing multi-year, multi-million enterprise projects, preferably in FSI industry
Previous work with diverse stakeholders across organization levels (up to C-level), including technical and non-technical teams
Working experience with distributed on-prem Data Lakes as well as RDBMS (Oracle/SAP)
Skills:
Excellent communication, project management and organisation skills
Experience in leveraging Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies, incl. tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Understanding and translating business needs into IT requirements, supporting long-term solutions with business stakeholders
