Your Role & Responsibilities

Serve as a servant leader for one or more agile teams, enabling them to work effectively and deliver high-quality results. Facilitate Scrum events and ensure they are purposeful and efficient. Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on agile principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to strengthen collaboration and delivery. Remove impediments, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and encourage self-organization. Support Product Owners in refining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring a clear understanding of goals and requirements. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share best practices and advance agility at the organizational level.

Required Technical & Professional Expertise

Experienced Scrum Master with a proven track record in agile environments. Skilled facilitator with strong people skills, empathy, and the ability to resolve conflicts constructively. Hands-on experience with agile tools (Jira, Miro, Confluence). Relevant certifications in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or related agile frameworks; additional training in SAFe, Kanban, or agile coaching is a plus. Fluent in German and English. * Affinity for technology and enthusiasm for fostering high-performing teams.
