Nach einer kompletten Renovierung er\\xc3\\xb6ffnete das Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern im September 2022 seine T\\xc3\\xbcren f\\xc3\\xbcr Kollegen und G\\xc3\\xa4ste. Das Hotel verf\\xc3\\xbcgt \\xc3\\xbcber 136 Zimmer und Suiten mit herrlichem Blick auf den Vierwaldst\\xc3\\xa4ttersee und die Berge. Als Security Officer werden Sie verantwortlich f\\xc3\\xbcr folgende Aufgaben sein:

• Gew\\xc3\\xa4hrleistung der Einhaltung der Sicherheitsrichtlinien aller lokalen und staatlichen Vorschriften
• Gew\\xc3\\xa4hrleistung einer sicheren Umgebung f\\xc3\\xbcr alle G\\xc3\\xa4ste und Kollegen
• Mitglied des Notfallteams
• Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzung bei der Umsetzung der Standard Operating Procedures in allen Abteilungen im Zusammenhang mit Brandschutz, Gesundheit und Sicherheit
• \\xc3\\x9cberpr\\xc3\\xbcfung und Erstellung der Vorfall-, Verlust- und Unfallberichte
• Verantwortung f\\xc3\\xbcr die Umsetzung der Brandschutzrichtlinien
• Sie beherrschen den Umgang des hauseigenen Schl\\xc3\\xbcsselsystems
• Verantwortung f\\xc3\\xbcr den Schutz des Hoteleigentums
• Durchf\\xc3\\xbchrung von Patrouillen auf dem Gel\\xc3\\xa4nde
• Kontrolle der Sicherheitsausr\\xc3\\xbcstung
• Unverz\\xc3\\xbcgliche Meldung von Hotelm\\xc3\\xa4ngeln an die zust\\xc3\\xa4ndigen Abteilungen

Als Security Officer suchen wir nach:

• Fundierte Erfahrung im Sicherheitssektor, vorzugsweise in der Hotelbranche
• Gute Kommunikationsf\\xc3\\xa4higkeiten und angenehme Pers\\xc3\\xb6nlichkeit
• Starke F\\xc3\\xa4higkeiten zur Probleml\\xc3\\xb6sung mit der F\\xc3\\xa4higkeit, unabh\\xc3\\xa4ngig und unter Druck zu arbeiten
• CPR/Erste-Hilfe-zertifiziert von Vorteil
• Gute Computerkenntnisse
• Fliessende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
• F\\xc3\\xbchrungsqualit\\xc3\\xa4ten, Organisationstalent und die F\\xc3\\xa4higkeit, ein Team von Mitarbeitern aus verschiedenen Kulturen mit Feingef\\xc3\\xbchl und Disziplin zu f\\xc3\\xbchren

We are looking for a Security Officer to join our iconic Mandarin Oriental Palace, Lucerne!

The legendary Hotel Palace Luzern first opened in 1906 and is in the city on the shores of Lake Lucerne. After a complete renovation, the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern reopened its doors in September 2022. It comprises 136 rooms and suites offering excellent views over the lake and mountains. Three restaurants, one bar together with a variety of meeting facilities, a Spa and a fitness room roundup our offer for our Guests.

As Security Officer you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Ensure safety compliance with all local and federal regulations
• Ensuring a safe environment for all guests and colleagues
• Member of the emergency response team
• Assist in the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures in all departments related to Fire Life Health Safety and Security
• Review and prepare incident, loss and accident reports
• Responsibility for the implementation of fire safety guidelines
• You are proficient in handling the hotel\\\'s own key system
• Responsibility for the safeguarding of hotel property
• Conduct patrols of the property
• Conduct security equipment inspection
• Immediately report hotel deficiencies to appropriate departments

As Security Officer we are looking for

• Profound working experience in the security sector, preferably in the hospitality sector
• Good communication skills and pleasant personality
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• CPR/First aid certified is an advantage
• Good computer skills
• Fluent in English and German
• Leadership, organizational skills and the ability to lead a team of employees from different cultures with sensitivity and discipline
• Handle situations without raising antagonism or hostility
• Resilience and flexibility - your position includes weekend, night and holiday shifts
