Manager - Finance & Accountancy Recruitment

Our client, a growing international company, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team in Zurich. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of Swiss GAAP and payroll, and experience across Swiss and/or German accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

Manage financial accounts for Swiss and German entities
Ensure compliance with local GAAP, tax, and payroll regulations
Prepare monthly accounts for sign off by the Senior Manager
Prepare financial statements, tax filings, and support audits
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Improve financial processes and ensure cash flow oversight

Candidate Requirements:

3+ years' experience in financial accounting (Swiss/German markets)
Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP (OR); HGB a plus
Fluent in English and German (Russian beneficial)
Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive
