As Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in a dynamic finance team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the CFO in leadership tasks and decision-making
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with the regulations of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
- Planning and coordinating all stages of the closing process
- Performing consolidation tasks
- Acting as a liaison with external auditors during audit phases
- Optimizing external reporting and management reporting
- Leading various projects in the finance area
- Participation in controlling activities through evaluations, analyses, and presentations
- Personnel management
- Successfully completed studies or equivalent qualification in business administration, finance or accounting; Swiss Federal certificate in Finance and Accounting is an advantage
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience, experience in team leadership is advantageous
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and principles of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) as well as consolidation; FER knowledge is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various functions
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Highly analytical, attention to detail, and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a strong Plus
- Advanced knowledge in the use of accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
