We are seeking a

Senior Analyst, Wholesale Forecast SG&A

to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team at

VF Corporation.

As an integral member of the CoE Wholesale & Reporting, you will focus on delivering financial overviews of direct costs and providing strategic support to various business areas through forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecasting, Budgeting, and Business Partnering:

Actively partner with business stakeholders, GAD, Credit, HR, Finance, Credit, CS, Office Service and D&T, to gather annual budget and monthly forecast data. Ensure meticulous control of Coupa to manage expenses effectively. Prepare departmental expense budgets and forecasts. Input and maintain budgets and forecasts in BPC at country and area levels. Manage the preparation of budgets and Plan Assumption Review packages.

Monthly Reporting:

Analyze monthly results by country and area in collaboration with Accounting and Reporting departments. Conduct monthly follow-up of actual results versus forecast, budget, and prior year. Prepare monthly results packages for EU Management. Input forecasts in BPC and analyze forecast variances versus plan and prior year.

Additional Projects:

Assist in ad-hoc analysis as requested by EMEA or Corporate management. Identify areas for efficiency gains. Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Skills for Success

You will be a professional with proven experience in business controlling and financial planning, with a strong analytical mindset and:

Minimum bachelor's degree in finance area (accounting, controlling) Solid software and PC skills (Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/COGNOS, BPC experience is a plus) Great time management and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines Strong English command (written and verbal) Proven communication skills in interacting with people from a non-financial background Strong process and continuous improvement mindset, passion to drive changes Excellent organizational skills & goal-oriented Self-initiative, independent and able to handle multiple demands & competing priorities
