Havas Village Geneve recherche une Directeurtrice Artistique inspiree et inspirante.

Au sein du departement creatif, vous travaillerez en binome avec une Associate Creative Director - Copy qui fait deja partie de l'equipe, et formerez un duo creatif complementaire, avec pour ambition d'imaginer des idees fortes et de faire rayonner nos clients.

ART DIRECTOR - SENIOR

Havas Village Geneva is looking for an inspiring and inspired Art Director.

Within the creative department, you will work in tandem with an Associate Creative Director - Copy who is already part of the team, forming a complementary creative duo with the ambition to imagine bold ideas and make our clients shine.

What we are looking for

A concept-driven creative, first and foremost - someone able to transform a brief into a powerful idea and capable of shaping the visual world that goes with it.
Creativite : En tant que Directeurtrice Artistique, vous utiliserez votre creativite pour developper des campagnes et des strategies creatives pour les clients de l'agence. Votre creativite et la direction artistique qui l'accompagne devront etre une source d'inspiration pour toute l'agence.

Communication : En tant que Directeurtrice Artistique, vous serez amenee a communiquer avec les clients, les autres membres de l'equipe de creation et les autres departements.De solides competences en communication vous aideront a transmettre

vos idees et vos messages de maniere claire et concise.

Organisation : Vous gererez plusieurs projets a la fois, et vous devrez donc etre capable de hierarchiser les taches et de respecter les delais. Vous serez aussi impliquee dans les appels d'offres et autres opportunites creatives.

Collaboration : Vous serez capable de resoudre les problemes qui se presentent et travaillerez avec l'equipe pour trouver les meilleures solutions. En tant que Directeurtrice Artistique, vous serez en contact avec les differentes unites commerciales de l'agence (experience client, Sports et Medias) pour exploiter les meilleures opportunites.
Vos responsabilites :Soutenir le Chief Creative Officer en developpant des concepts forts et des strategies creatives impactantes. Transformer ces concepts en territoires visuels inspirants, modernes et distinctifs. Participer activement a la conception et a la production de campagnes pour nos clients (existants et pitchs). Collaborer avec les equipes internes pour exploiter chaque opportunite creative et respecter les budgets. Participer a des brainstormings, des presentations client et des pitchs - avec un vrai sens du storytelling et de la presentation. Assurer la coherence visuelle et strategique de nos clients sur tous les canaux. Rester en veille constante sur les tendances design, culturelles et technologiques pour nourrir les idees. Et surtout : prendre du plaisir a creer, inspirer l'equipe et pousser le niveau creatif du departement.

Les outils a maitriser :Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma Tres bonne connaissance des outils d'IA generative Motion design et editing

Votre profil :Minimum 5 ans d'experience en agence creative Excellentes competences en developpement de concepts et strategies creatives Fort esprit creatif Forte culture visuelle et digitale, avec une capacite a transformer une idee en image percutante Solide connaissance des processus creatifs, de la communication, du marketing et du branding Maitrise des enjeux de production (print, digital, social media et TVC) Forte culture digitale Francais et anglais obligatoires (l'allemand est un plus) Aisance en presentation et communication (clients + internes)

Creativity: As an Art Director, you will use your creativity to develop campaigns and creative strategies for the agency's clients. Your ideas and the artistic direction you bring will be a source of inspiration for the entire agency.
Communication: You will regularly communicate with clients, other members of the creative team, and other departments. Strong communication skills will help you express your ideas clearly and effectively.
Organization: You will handle several projects at once, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. You will also be involved in pitches and other creative opportunities.
Collaboration: You will work closely with your team to solve problems and find the best solutions. As an Art Director, you will liaise with the agency's various business units (Client Experience, Sports, and Media) to make the most of every opportunity.
Your responsibilities:Support the Chief Creative Officer by developing strong concepts and impactful creative strategies Turn those concepts into inspiring, modern, and distinctive visual territories Actively participate in the design and production of campaigns for both existing clients and new business pitches Collaborate with internal teams to leverage every creative opportunity while respecting budgets Take part in brainstormings, client presentations, and pitches - with a strong sense of storytelling and presentation skills Ensure visual and strategic consistency across all client touchpoints Stay up to date with design, cultural, and technological trends to fuel ideas Most importantly: enjoy creating, inspire the team, and help raise the creative bar

Tools to master:Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma Strong familiarity with generative AI tools Motion design and editing

Your profile:Minimum 5 years' experience in a creative agency Excellent concept development and creative strategy skills Highly creative mindset Strong visual and digital culture, with the ability to turn ideas into striking visuals Solid understanding of creative processes, communication, marketing, and branding Knowledge of production processes (print, digital, social media, and TVC) Strong digital culture French and English required (German is a plus) Comfortable presenting and communicating with clients and internal teams
