We are opening a position for a

Business Analyst

to strengthen our team based in Geneva. This role is part of a program focused on the digitalization and long-term safeguarding of archives, aiming to ensure universal accessibility and sustainable preservation across all formats (paper, multimedia, or digital).

Responsibilities of the position

Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements related to information lifecycle management and digital archiving. Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. Collaborate closely with IT stakeholders (solution architects, technical leads, product owners, integrators) to design solutions that meet both business and technical objectives. Contribute to the implementation, testing, and deployment of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with user needs. Validate functionalities through user acceptance testing (UAT). Prepare and deliver user documentation and guidelines. Support project and program managers in defining scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies. At least 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong expertise in information management governance and long-term preservation of digital assets. Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to collect, interpret, and structure business needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in both English and French (mandatory). Demonstrated experience leading workshops, meetings, and presentations to build consensus. * Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
