Endeavour Recruitment has an excellent, 11-month, onsite freelance opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with 7+ years' experience to join a leading Organisation based onsite in Switzerland.

Objective of the role:

• The Digital Engagement Service (DES) leads the design, planning, coordination, and execution of the Organisation's overall digital engagement strategy, in close collaboration with other areas of the
• Organisation, to support growth, sustainability, and digital innovation.
• The Senior Business Analyst Officer reports to the Director, Digital Engagement Service (DES), delivering expertise in business process analysis, data interpretation, and service management.
• The Senior Business Analyst collaborates closely with subject-matter experts, project managers, and stakeholders across the organisation, including colleagues in digital engagement, customer experience,
• program planning and technical teams to maximize organisational efficiency, support digital transformation initiatives especially related to service management and digital innovation.

This includes:

• Formulate recommendations that support the Organisation's business objectives, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement goals.
• Collaborate with design and communications specialists and stakeholders to analyse, design and optimize internal business processes, leveraging data analytics, industry best practices and
• emerging technologies to drive operational excellence.
• Collect, interpret, and present business data to inform decision-making, including the development of dashboards, reports, and performance metrics. Monitor and adjust strategies based on key performance indicators.
• Work with business units and DES project leads to elicit requirements, document needs and design solutions that align with organisational goals.
• Represent DES in meetings, working groups and task forces. Foster partnerships and coordinate initiatives to enhance business outcomes.
• Provide awareness to colleagues on business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices to strengthen organisational capabilities.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:
Education (Essential)

• First-level university degree in business administration, management, information technology or a related field.
• ITIL certification
• AWS certification

Experience (Essential)

• At least 10 years of experience in business analysis, service management, process improvement, and digital transformation.
• Experience in an international environment (ideally across both public and private sectors).

Language (Essential)

• Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English.

Language (Desirable)

• Working knowledge of an additional UN language.

Job-Related Competencies (Essential)

• Strong service management, analytical and data presentation skills, using JIRA.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects/deliverables.
• Knowledge of modern business analysis frameworks and methodologies, showing ability to stay current with industry trends and quickly learn new concepts.
• Experience in process optimization, digital transformation, or solution architecture.
