Tasks

As part of our Industrial Equipment andManufacturing (IEM) strategy to strengthen the local presence in Switzerland, you will be part of our Zurich team that serves customers in construction and related industry.

• Work in a project team, under the supervision of senior members, to help clients improve and transform their organizations and operations
• Support customers in construction and related industry in the digitalization and optimization of their business processes
• Contribution in the project lifecycle, analysis, design, and implementation of new business approaches and process optimization, as well as coordinating between project stakeholders to generate excellent and sustainable results
• Collaborate with colleagues from our global network to provide the best industry solutions to the customers, thereby, continuously developing your own knowledge, as well as that of the firm

Requirements

• Successful completion of a bachelor\\\'s or master\\\'s degree in engineering, business economics or similar paired with a strong track record of additional learning and development activities (certifications, training courses etc.)
• Experience in business process analysis, process optimization and continuous improvement methodology
• Work and/or project experience in the construction or related industry
• Experience in estimation and project controlling is highly appreciated
• Strong understanding of the ongoing developments (e.g. BIM) as well as the challenges in the construction sector
• Experience and enthusiasm in the digitalization of business processes
• Strong track record of learning and education (degrees, certifications, training courses)
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently, and to communicate with people at all levels in an organization
• Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoke
• Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland or abroad; international experience is highly appreciated
