A leading Swiss law firm is seeking to hire a Senior Capital Markets Lawyer for its corporate legal department based in Zurich. Our client specialises in a full spectrum of litigation and arbitration matters, business law, tax advisory, notarial services, relocation, residence permits, real estate, M&A, trusts, foundations, funds and strategic advisory services. They are growing internationallly and looking for senior Swiss qualified lawyers to join their very well reputed corporate legal team (German speaking skills at Business Level is essential).
