Congo Brands manages a number of high-profile drinks brands, most notably Prime Hydration, the fastest growing and most exciting brand in the beverage sector.
We are now recruiting for a Senior Category Development Manager to be based at the newly established European headquarters in Zug (with a hybrid work pattern).

Senior Category Development Manager - Exclusive, Zug, Switzerland, Hybrid Working
Responsibilities of the Senior Category Development Manager:
- Conduct category analysis and identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and innovation
- Provide strategic input to Marketing and Sales teams on promotional programs, pricing strategies, and product assortments that meet customer needs and drive sales
- Execute category strategies that deliver sales and profit growth for the company
- Use data-driven insights to influence assortment decisions and shelf placement
- Monitor and interpret industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and decision making
- Bring information to life when presenting key information and findings to colleagues
- This role reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Strategy & Analytics in Canada
- Significant Category Management experience within a fast-paced international business in the FMCG sector, ideally beverages
- Experience of working with syndicated data platforms (SPINS, Nielsen, etc.)
- Advanced skills in Excel and data visualisation tools, such as Power BI
- Passion for learning and development, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
