Your opportunity

Our consulting business offers a wide range of functional and cross-country services designed to provide clients with high quality and trusted advice. We have a particular focus on business transformation programs in the financial services industry.



We are currently looking for a motivated experienced consultant and/ or senior consultant (100%) to further strengthen our Financial Services Consulting - Risk Consulting team in Zurich. Our team is part of a global network of risk management specialists working with the world's largest financial services organizations. We advise our clients with solutions for identifying, assessing, managing and monitoring non-financial risks.



Your primary mission will be to lead the charge in AI Governance and Data Governance compliance for our clients. This role goes beyond mere regulatory adherence; it's about pioneering the automation of risk-related processes to enhance efficiency and security. You'll be at the forefront of the ideation process, both internally to streamline our operations and externally to bolster our clients' safeguarding activities. Your innovative approach will be crucial in shaping the future of governance and risk management.

Qualifications: + You have new ideas, an innovative spirit and a strong desire to solve problems in a structured way
+ You are interested in specializing in financial services, specifically regarding AI risk management, operational resilience, TPRM and regulatory topics and ideally have already gained some experience in this area
+ Completed studies (Bachelor's, Master's, MBA) in finance, economics, accounting or another business field, AI related study is a plus
+ You are fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
+ You are a team player with a flexible working style and enjoy working with diverse team
+ You are ready to challenge us, act on your own initiative and make an impact on our teams and clients from day one
