Your contribution to KPMG

• Be the primary daily contact for our clients and help them navigate complex tax and social security situations
• Actively engage in preparing tax returns and written advice for our VIP clients
• Guide and train junior team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work by conducting reviews and providing feedback.
• Counsel clients on the tax implications of their international relocations in arrival and departure situations.
• Collaborate with tax authorities and KPMG colleagues worldwide to address complex issues and achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Independently draft detailed correspondence, objections, and responses to tax authorities at all stages of the taxation process
• Contribute to the creation of interdisciplinary tax strategies for multinational clients, enabling tax-efficient planning and execution of global assignments
• Work hand in hand with clients to develop and refine their global workforce strategy, supporting their international growth objectives.

This is what makes you successful

• 2-3 years of professional experience in tax advisory, preferably in the consultation of individuals and expatriates
• Profound knowledge of Swiss tax law and social security law is advantageous
• Either completed apprenticeship, preferably with a degree (e.g. university of applied sciences, higher vocational school) or Master's / Bachelor's degree in any field
• Fluent in English and German (minimum C1 level in both)
• Precise and results-oriented work with a strong service orientation and a high affinity for numbers
