Senior Consultant - Treasury Technology Advisory


Be part of a fast-growing Corporate Advisory team supporting clients in selecting, implementing and enhancing Treasury Technology. You will help treasuries transform their operating models, processes and system landscapes in an increasingly digital environment.

Your contribution to KPMG



Advise global clients on treasury technology strategies, system selection, target architecture and new technologies/ fintech solutions (e.g. API, AI in Treasury, stable coins) Design, configure and implement Treasury Management Systems such as Kyriba, FIS Integrity, FIS Quantum or Diapason Take leading role at each step during projects, on the deliverables and on the project management workstreams Support treasury process optimization across Cash & Liquidity Management, Payments, Risk Management and Connectivity Translate business requirements into functional and technical TMS solutions Collaborate with IT, finance and banking stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration Support treasury transformation initiatives as part of broader finance or ERP programs incl. project management, technical and functional implementation support Contribute to proposals, client workshops and thought leadership in Treasury Technology

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or a comparable field 3-5 years of experience in finance, treasury, banking or consulting Hands-on experience with one or more Treasury Management Systems (e.g. FIS Integrity, FIS Quantum, Kyriba, Diapason) Strong analytical skills; confidence with Excel and PowerPoint; basics in data tools (e.g., PowerBI, SQL or Python) are a plus Ability to bridge business and technology with strong analytical and communication skills Structured, reliable and proactive; comfortable communicating with stakeholders and a Team player mindset with a desire to learn and pursue certifications (e.g., ACT, TMS) Fluent in English; German or French is a plus. Eligibility to work in Switzerland; willingness to travel occasionally
