Job Description

As a Senior Corporate Branding & Design Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping, maintaining, and evolving our corporate brand across internal and external channels. This is a senior individual-contributor role with strong ownership of brand execution and design quality, working closely with marketing leadership and key stakeholders.
You will ensure that our corporate identity is applied consistently, professionally, and effectively across all touchpoints, helping to strengthen brand recognition and credibility in the enterprise technology market.
Your Mission
Corporate Branding Execution

• Design and implement corporate branding assets in line with established brand strategy and guidelines.
• Ensure consistent application of the corporate brand across internal and external communications.
• Support the ongoing refinement and evolution of brand elements in collaboration with the marketing team and Open Systems' leadership.

Corporate Design Responsibility

• Own the design and production of corporate communication materials across digital and print channels.
• Maintain and continuously improve existing design systems, templates, and visual standards.
• Ensure high-quality design execution across all regions and use cases.

Corporate Publishing & Asset Creation

• Conceptualise and design a wide range of materials, including:

• Solution and product briefs
• Customer stories and case studies
• White papers, e-guides, and reports
• Presentations for marketing, sales, and executive audiences
• Signage, advertising assets, and exhibition/stand designs
• Translate complex enterprise technology content into clear, visually engaging materials.

Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with external creative agencies on specific design and branding initiatives.
• Coordinate design deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to support campaigns and initiatives.

Your Qualifications
Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in corporate branding and design, ideally within a B2B enterprise technology or SaaS environment.
• Experience in a senior design or specialist role with clear responsibility for brand consistency and execution.

Brand & Design Expertise

• Strong understanding of corporate branding principles and visual identity systems.
• Demonstrated ability to apply and maintain brand guidelines across multiple channels.

Working Style & Collaboration

• Confident working independently while aligning closely with the marketing team and senior company leadership.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills without formal people-management responsibility.

Tools & Technical Skills

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Working knowledge of QuarkXpress, Microsoft Office, and Apple iWork.
• Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 to support collaboration with web teams.

Multimedia Skills

• Familiarity with video and audio editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut Pro).
• Basic knowledge of photography and filming techniques is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
