The Senior Data Product Owner - Finance Outbound plays a key role in the Finance Data Platform, ensuring that every outbound data product adheres to consistently high standards of quality, structure, and transparency. The role provides a horizontal oversight across all outbound data deliveries - driving uniformity in naming conventions, documentation, and structural standards, while also taking full end-to-end ownership of specific data products from initial requirement intake through to final release.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Coordinate the definition, implementation, and communication of outbound data products that serve Finance applications such as Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Controlling, Treasury, Pricing, and Tax Build and maintain a standardized outbound layer that consumers can rely on for accurate and auditable data Provide a horizontal view across all outbound deliveries - driving consistency, naming conventions and documentation standards Take vertical end-to-end ownership for selected data products from requirement intake to release Manage the consultation process with stakeholders Align business needs with data-model design Ensure smooth hand-offs to consuming systems

YOUR PROFILE

University degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline

4 + years of experience in data management, business analysis, or product delivery, ideally within Finance or Banking

Strong understanding of

data-warehousing principles, outbound integration flows, and data-product lifecycle management

Demonstrated ability to define and enforce standards across multiple teams or domains Hands-on experience coordinating between technical and business stakeholders in complex data environments Familiarity with SAP BW, streaming or comparable data-integration platforms

Proven analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to translate business needs into structured data specifications

Proficiency with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence and MS Office Excellent English communication skills; German or French is an asset Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership; team-oriented, pragmatic, and proactive - focused on quality and delivery Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities; passionate about data governance, consistency, and continuous improvement
