They are searching for a Senior EHS Lead to join their world-class team across two manufacturing sites in Visp, Switzerland. You will be responsible for:

Leading the EHS strategy across two sites, ensuring full compliance with Swiss and international regulations (SUVA, EKAS, EU, ICH, ISO, OSHA). Designing and implementing EHS policies, risk assessments, training, and procedures across chemical safety, biosafety, waste management, and emergency preparedness. Acting as the key EHS contact for health authority inspections, audits, and third-party evaluations, ensuring timely resolution of findings. Building and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities and external stakeholders. Driving continuous improvement by using EHS KPIs, incident investigations, corrective actions, and innovative solutions to elevate site performance.
You will bring the following:

A degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Life Sciences, or a related field (advanced certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 45001 Auditor are highly desirable). At least 10 years of EHS experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or chemical manufacturing, ideally within GMP-compliant settings. Proven expertise in managing regulatory inspections and audits. Knowledge of Swiss EHS legislation is highly advantageous. Fluency in English and German with excellent interpersonal skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
