About the Role

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate the delivery of products from design to release.
• Develop and complete project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify and prioritize resources, define project roles, and ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor projects from initiation to delivery, collaborating with external customers and field-based employees as needed.
• Provide technical support and direction, ensuring efficient operation of the function.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to maintain high performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing complex engineering programs and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to connect programs to broader business goals.
• Outstanding leadership and partnership skills, working closely with senior leaders.
• Operational rigor to bring structure and clarity to complex efforts.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex information for various audiences.
• Good judgment and maturity in handling sensitive situations with discretion.
• Adaptability to switch between strategic discussions and hands-on execution.
