My client, a small- to medium-sized utility company, is seeking a senior finance manager to be based in the eastern part of Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Lead finance and corporate services, including HR and payroll
- Oversee accounting, budgeting, reporting, and controlling
- Prepare annual financial statements and regulatory reports
- Contribute to the efficient operation and growth of the organisation
- 15-20 years of senior finance experience
- Strong background in cost accounting and controlling
- Experience in the energy/electricity sector
- Proficient in MS Office and Abacus
- Hands-on, team-oriented, fluent in German
- Senior role with clear succession planning
