Senior Financial Accountant, 100% (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Preparation and monitoring of annual statutory reporting, including preparation of statutory financials under IFRS and Swiss Code of Obligations
- Ensures timely and accurately booking of monthly accounting transactions for the entities
- Manages the monthly closing process in coordination with the Business Services Center
- Preparation and Review of SAP accounting journal entries
- Maintains chart of accounts and provides support to other departments for cost-center analysis and maintenance
- Supports the Finance Manager in the development and preparation of KPIs and controlling tools
- Bachelor\\\'s Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an accountant within a multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and practices (US GAAP, Swiss Code of Obligations)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and SAP
- Experienced in optimizing business processes leveraging technology
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive working style
- Very good communication and organization skills
- Experienced in leading change initiatives
- Fluent English skills, German is a plus
