Job Description

With the rapid development of its IT services and products, ELCA group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to strengthen its FP&A team and act as a Finance Business Partner for several business units. Your main responsibilities will include:


Planning, budgeting and forecasting for selected business units of the Group, ensuring robust, realistic and thoroughly reviewed financial plans. Analyzing performance vs. budget, forecast and prior-year results, identifying key variances, explaining underlying drivers and proactively proposing improvement measures. Monitoring and interpreting KPIs, in particular those related to IT services and solutions, and investigating any unexpected trends or deviations. Acting as a Finance Business Partner for business unit management, building strong relationships, challenging assumptions and supporting decision-making. Preparing and presenting monthly and quarterly financial reports for business units, translating figures into clear, actionable insights for management. Supporting operations and management with ad hoc analysis, business cases and scenario modelling to guide key strategic decisions. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our ERP and reporting landscape, by optimizing processes, tools and data flows in collaboration with Finance and IT. This role may require some travel within Switzerland to meet and work closely with business unit management and strengthen partnerships.

Your Profile

Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in a finance role (FP&A, controlling, business partnering or equivalent) within an international environment. Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and KPI dashboards, ideally supporting business unit or divisional management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with different management levels and challenge constructively. Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, prioritize under time pressure and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, combined with the ability to maintain a clear view of the big picture and business impacts. Genuine interest in the IT and Services industry and willingness to understand the operational reality behind the figures. Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, queries or other data management / visualization tools is a strong plus. * Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
