Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a React Frontend Developer.
Location: Zurich, Altstetten
Start date: 01.09.2025
End date: TBH
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and extend the frontend architecture of a complex trading platform.
- Design and implement new libraries and frameworks for trading application UIs.
- Collaborate with traders and business owners to define technical solutions based on user requirements.
- Work as part of an Agile team to deliver robust and scalable web components.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, especially in ReactJS.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of Unix-based systems and bash scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Prior experience in the financial industry is preferred.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong team player who thrives in collaborative, Agile environments.
