We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Senior Full Stack Python Developer

with Risk experience to join our dynamic team. The project aims to support a client in Risk Reporting within the Commodity trading domain by rebuilding their risk management application space from legacy to a new modern stack, improving calculations and capabilities critical for a commodity trader.


We are looking for someone just like you to join us in Geneva in a position that requires a mix of remote and on-site work in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

Integrate with various APIs to enhance risk reporting capabilities Optimize performance of applications to improve efficiency Design data models and databases to support risk management functionalities Collaborate with a cross-functional team Engage in regular meetings with client managers and the development team Take initiative in addressing project needs and challenges Develop new functionalities and improvements based on input from analysts and PO Manage tasks autonomously with high maturity in decision-making and handling responsibilities

Requirements

5+ years of professional Python development experience with a strong understanding of full stack development Strong JavaScript skills, ideally having ReactJS knowledge as well Strong knowledge of Python libraries/frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Flask/Django, FastAPI Ability to pick up trading risk management basics quickly Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Fluent in English with a minimum B1 proficiency in French
