The developer will support an existing team (mainly located in Germany) in further feature developments.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated React Developer at heart with a robust background in Java Spring Boot to join our dynamic team. This role primarily involves 70% Frontend and 30% Backend development. This position is to be filled at our location in Switzerland or Germany at the earliest possible date.

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Software Architect, Testers, and fellow Software Engineers to design, develop, and deploy applications emphasizing UX, reliability, and scalability.
• Act as a pivotal contributor within our agile development squads.
• Deliver software artifacts encompassing unit and integration tests along with comprehensive documentation.
• Participate in discussions regarding new feature requirements and offer estimations during refinements.
• Provide feedback during retrospectives and showcase achievements in sprint reviews.
• Conduct code reviews and extend support to other team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Proficiency in React, Java, and associated frameworks/libraries.
• Strong background in TypeScript, Redux, Webpack, SASS, REST, Java, Spring Boot 3.x, JPA and SQL
• Prior experience collaborating within agile (SCRUM) development teams

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required, German language proficiency would be advantageous
