As a Director focused on Growth Marketing, you will own and drive the company's go-to-market (GTM) growth strategy across the EMEA region, particularly in the UK and DACH markets, with a specific focus on building brand reputation in the Swiss market. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on marketing execution and is central to driving customer acquisition, expanding market presence, and supporting revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a builder of scalable marketing programs, and a results-driven leader who thrives in cross-functional environments.
Your mission is to grow pipeline and revenue through innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns that directly support sales goals and expand our market presence. You will partner closely with sales, customer success, product, and executive leadership to design and implement programs that fuel customer acquisition, retention, and acceleration across targeted accounts and segments.
While your primary focus will be driving growth and demand generation across EMEA (especially the UK and DACH), familiarity with the Middle East and U.S. markets is a strong advantage, supporting our longer-term global expansion strategy.
