The Senior HR Business Partner plays a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting a positive culture, and managing global multi-matrix structures. Key tasks include working with senior executives, improving talent management, and overseeing organizational change.
This full-time role can be based at our Global Headquarters in Schaan, Liechtenstein, or alternatively in Kaufering, Germany.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this position, your focus area will be Global Operations: production, operational excellence, quality, logistics, and After Market Services. You will partner with senior business leaders and the HR community to drive the following topics:
Translate business strategy into actionable people initiatives for the Business Unit, incorporating strategic workforce planning.
Develop and implement together with the Talent Acquisition team strategies for talent attraction and hiring, aligning with Hilti's 80% internal promotion approach.
Facilitate talent discussions, performance calibration, and succession planning with leadership teams to ensure current and future competencies.
Challenge and support management teams in developing and delivering effective people plans and organizational/structural developments, acting as a change agent for employee engagement.
Collaborate with other HR functions to share best practices, deliver value-added solutions, and implement core HR initiatives.
Utilize HR analytics for data-driven insights, monitoring key metrics and trends for continuous improvement.
Coach team leaders on people-related matters and ensure adherence to HR processes and standards at the management level.
Contribute to the global HR community through participation in projects such as DEI, Total Rewards, and Skill Management, expanding HR competencies beyond the immediate area of responsibility.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Master's degree in business administration, economics, HR, psychology, or related field.
Extensive HR experience, ideally related to Operations (e.g. production, logistics, quality environments) and within an international matrix organization.
Proven track record in managing strategic HR initiatives, showcasing a comprehensive grasp of various HR disciplines.
Strong capability to deliver excellent consulting to business leaders and a passion for supporting and enabling the organization's People objectives.
Fluent English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
