You will lead global merchandising for Apparel and Accessories within our Sport Inspired channels across all three regions, ensuring the right products reach the right accounts and channels -- with the right tiering and timing. Your goal is to reinforce our premium brand vision while driving sales and profitability. The role is reporting to the Director of Global Apparel & Accessories Merchandising.
You will define the global assortment across Apparel and Accessories, always connected to Footwear, and bring our brand strategy to life. By working closely with Product Strategy, Global Marketing, Regional Merchandising and Sales teams, you'll capture customer insights and use advanced data analytics to inform feedback, analysis, and assortment decisions that shape both current ranges and future strategy.
Your Mission

Create tailored assortments that meet the specific consumer/community needs of each sport inspired channel. Ensure assortments are built around strong head-to-toe product stories tied to key campaigns. Align product assortments with seasonal campaigns, ensuring that each collection reflects the brand's premium positioning
Work with Regional Merchandising leads in EMEA, Americas and APAC to ensure that global assortments are fine-tuned to meet local market needs without diluting the brand's core premium identity
Ensure consistent and structured follow-ups of your assortments, commercial focuses and quantified goals that leads to actions for all markets
Implement regular feedback loops between Global and Regional teams to gather insights on product performance, market trends, and customer preferences
Utilise and develop tools for analysis to enrich our understanding of the consumer when it comes to our product offering around the globe Drive commercial GTM process for all markets to communicate the strategy, key looks and commercial opportunities throughout the process
Work closely with our campaign teams to prioritise product pushes/align product launch dates in line with the other business partners
Work with VM to drive product assortment strategies into our wholesale environments, building inspiring and commercial solutions
Know the market and the consumer targets, fashion and performance competencies and that of our competitors
Build seasonal range and assortment plans to inform product strategy of the commercial range needed to hit channel targets
Coordinate SMU requests and account-specific needs between Sales, Regional Merchandising and Product
Deliver a strong point of view on commercial key moments, product and colour needs to deliver the channel's seasonal success
Drive commercial priorities for your channel across functions and regions. Translate them into product briefs, assortments and VM Briefings
Serve as key stakeholder to consult the product team on the premium active collections from a commercial POV in close collaboration with retail merchandising
Consult on channel adoption and forecasting in close cooperation with your Global Merchandise Planner
Your story

You have 7+ years' experience with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a merchandising role within Apparel in a wholesale first business
You have a strong track record of business results from your previous roles, preferably within Merchandising, Buying, and/or Key Account Management
You are experienced in developing distribution strategies, whilst keeping consumers, accounts and sales teams front of mind
You have a strong understanding of Visual Merchandising and the taste level to make inspiring assortments
You have solid knowledge of Brand and Trade Marketing to ensure an efficient collaboration with Global Marketing Teams
You have an analytical and data driven mindset with a clear focus on results
You have strong G-suite experience, including Sheets/Excel and Slides/PPT skills, with a drive to learn new systems
You have solid leadership experience - working with and influencing cross-functional teams - are able to drive new concepts and are a team player
You are a strong communicator and presenter in front of diverse internal and external audiences
You have business proficiency in English
