Education & Background: Juris Doctor or equivalent, licensed to practice law in a common law jurisdiction.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of legal experience, including at least 5 years in a top-tier law firm and 3 years in-house handling M&A or strategic investments.
Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong team spirit, and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
Other Requirements: Willingness to relocate to Lausanne or nearby; notice period not exceeding 3 months.
