Your Mission

As a trusted partner to the leadership team, you will:

Coordinate complex executive meetings, workshops, events, and team-building activities. Manage calendars and schedules with precision and discretion. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure smooth logistics for key meetings. Handle internal and external communications with professionalism. Create and review documents and presentations aligned with BOBST's communication standards. Organize travel arrangements and manage related expenses and purchase orders. Support confidential topics with integrity and discretion. Collaborate with HR, Sales, Services, and R&D to coordinate visits and demos for customers or candidates. Take on ad hoc tasks that contribute to team success.

What You Bring

A passion for excellence, flexibility, and a curious mindset. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. A customer-centric approach and a proactive attitude. Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus. Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment. Confidence in interacting with stakeholders at all levels. High level of discretion and decision-making within your scope. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); SAP and Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Commercial education. Proven experience in a similar role within a multinational and multicultural organization.
