Your Impact
- Lead Integration & Separation Projects: Deliver high-impact post-merger integration and carve-out initiatives, using structured methodologies to guide clients through complex transitions.
- Enable Value Creation: Conduct operational and financial assessments to identify synergies, optimize standalone performance, and support performance improvement for buyouts and divestments.
- Advise the C-Suite: Act as a trusted advisor to executives, translating insights into action and helping clients achieve strategic goals.
- Drive Project Excellence: Define and manage scope, resources, and deliverables across projects ? ensuring high quality, on-time results.
- Empower Teams: Inspire, mentor, and develop junior team members in a collaborative, feedback-oriented environment.
- Innovate with Analytics & AI: Bring analytical thinking and emerging AI solutions into our M&A toolkit to help clients unlock hidden value and efficiency. Your Profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leading teams and delivering client impact.
- 7+ years of M&A experience from consulting or industry, with proven expertise in at least one core Swiss industry (e.g., financial services, life sciences, industrials, or consumer products).
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, synergy analysis, and transformation planning.
- Confident communicator with excellent storytelling and presentation skills; fluency in English is required, German or French is a strong plus.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Interest or experience in AI-driven business transformation is a distinct advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university with outstanding academic performance.
