We are looking for a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing & Analytics Strategy to drive our digital growth and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will shape marketing strategies, lead analytical initiatives, and translate insights into impactful actions that strengthen our market presence. YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Develop and lead digital marketing strategy for Swype
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across various online channels to reach business objectives
• Create and oversee website & app analytics strategy across all Flanker brands.
• Lead the strategic development, implementation and maintenance of web & app tracking setups to ensure accurate data collection and analysis for informed-decision making in order to drive online business growth
• Ensure the latest analytics technology to be implemented, consistency and alignment across business unit teams and alignment with digital strategy
• Identify opportunities for enhancing tracking capabilities and provide recommendations for improvements
• Analyze online customer experience, provide insights and assess improvements within the sales journey

YOUR SKILLS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, analytics or a related field
• 7+ years of working experience in analytics and digital marketing strategy, including paid media
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, Firebase, BigQuery, and MMP platforms to configure and track website & app performance
• Technical proficiency in JavaScript to effectively create tracking codes with a clear data structure, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with web and app development teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations for website & app optimization
