• Main responsibility of the position is managing the complete project portfolio of the Reality Capture Division (Sensors and Software Solutions)
• Responsible to steer the complete project portfolio for a distributed R&D organization with sites in Switzerland, Italy, France, Poland and US. This includes to conduct milestone meetings, periodic project status meetings and the cost- and progress tracking meetings
• Ensure proper and successful project execution
• Leading the master planning process (mid- to long-term project portfolio planning and budgeting)
• Process optimization and integration of project management and agile methods within the global innovation process
• Leading a local team of project managers and scrum masters

• People and competency development
• Coaching and mentoring of project managers and scrum masters at all locations
