Your Role:

As the Senior Sourcing Manager for Biotech Raw Materials, you will serve as the primary liaison between our internal business units and our external supplier network. You will gain a deep understanding of critical business drivers to ensure that our strategic goals are met. Your role will involve driving cross-functional alignment while leveraging your strategic sourcing expertise to deliver exceptional value in quality, cost, sustainability, and innovation.


In close collaboration with business stakeholders, you will craft and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, including risk assessment and mitigation. You will focus on performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making throughout the entire sourcing lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include supplier identification, evaluation, and selection, as well as price negotiation, contract negotiation and supplier management. Additionally, you will participate in, building, lead and coordinate global initiatives around Raw Material sourcing across the biotech network.

Who You Are:

You bring over 5 years of experience in both indirect and direct procurement; Experience in Biotech/Healthcare Industry is an asset. You have strong communication skills and are comfortable engaging with senior management as well as suppliers' negotiation. You thrive in managing remote stakeholders and excel in a matrix organization. You are highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to make an impact. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of French is an asset.
