My client is a leading contract development and manufacturing partner (CDMO) for biotech and pharma customers.
My client is the first CDMO globally to provide a full supply chain that offers the manufacturing of live bacteria strains for therapeutic use.
In this role, you will report directly to the Team Leader of the drug substances manufacturing production site and you will be responsible for operating and monitoring complex organic GMP production processes.

In this role, you will report directly to the Team Leader of the drug substances manufacturing production site and you will be responsible for operating and monitoring complex organic GMP production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the definition of the manufacturing process from the beginning.
- Operating the production processes and related equipment according to GMP, GDP, and safety guidelines.
- Carrying out cleaning and support maintenance activities.
- Monitoring and following the production processes and alarming according to the operating instructions.
- Recognizing, interpreting and eliminating malfunctions and deviations.
- Writing, documenting and maintaining production batch records and SOPs, according to GMP and GDP.
- Completed basic technical training as a chemical technician, machine mechanic or similar.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated production plant (pharma & biotech preferred).
- Good GMP knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a 2-model shift pattern.
- Fluent in German and English.
