We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven, and analytical (Senior) Marketing Manager InLife Value Management to lead large-scale migration and upselling initiatives within the B2C In-Life Value Management Team. The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with sharp analytical skills, able to interpret data, extract actionable insights, and translate them into impactful initiatives. This role is pivotal in managing transitions due to end-of-life and More4More programs, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and internal stakeholders through effective cross-functional collaboration.
YOUR CHALLENGE:Project Leadership: Develop and execute migration plans, including timelines, milestones, and business cases, to support end-of-life transitions and More4More initiatives
Analytical Expertise: Analyze customer data to extract actionable insights that drive informed business decisions and improve customer experiences
Coordination & Readiness: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, IT, customer care) to ensure system, process, and resource readiness for migrations
Customer Communication: Design and implement communication strategies tailored to customer needs, ensuring clarity and minimizing disruption during migrations
Team Enablement: Provide necessary training and documentation to teams involved in migration activities for seamless execution
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in migration projects, proactively implementing corrective actions when needed
Performance Tracking: Monitor migration progress, addressing roadblocks, and reporting detailed updates to stakeholders
Post-Migration Evaluation: Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future initiatives
YOUR SKILLS:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
Proven experience in Marketing, Customer Value Management, or Project Management within subscription-based businesses
Expertise in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with a strong focus on timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
Analytical mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to evolving project requirements and challenges
Strong understanding of customer needs, telecom B2C products, services, and lifecycle management
Fluency in German and English is essential; proficiency in French and/or Italian is a plus
