Senior Mechanical Engineer (Medical Devices (m/f/d) / GMP/Pharma/Production

Project:

For the development of the next generation of

blood gas and electrolyte analyzers (BG/E),

a Senior Mechanical Engineer / Principal Mechanical Engineer is sought to strengthen a team (approx. 12 people). The ideal candidate brings in-depth knowledge in the development of complex mechatronic medical devices - particularly in the areas of material selection, design for manufacturing, and injection molding technologies. Expertise in CAD (SolidWorks), SAP, and ISO 8015/GPS standards, as well as the implementation of components such as pumps, valves, and sensors, round out the profile.

Tasks:

Development of complex mechatronic systems for medical devices Material selection and design for production, maintainability and sustainability Design of components such as pumps, valves, actuators, sensors, etc. CAD-supported development with SolidWorks, including 2D/3D models according to ISO 8015 / GPS Integration with SAP

Requirements:

Degree in mechanical engineering (at least Bachelor's degree), at least 8 years of professional experience in a regulated industry Proven expertise in injection molding/plastics technologies Experience with Design for Manufacturing & Servicability at expert level Very good knowledge in the development of medical/mechatronic systems

Good German (B2 or better) Good English (B2 or better)
