Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate data management, mutations, and payroll processing for our three companies. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with the LSV team to serve as a point of contact for employees and supervisors regarding payroll and social insurance inquiries.
  • Assisting in the correct processing and accounting of social and personal insurances, as well as monitoring incoming daily allowances.
  • Contributing to monthly and yearly closing processes, including account reconciliation, auditing, and distribution of payroll statements.
  • Managing the calculation of withholding taxes (via ELM interface), invoice verification, and reconciliations.
  • Actively participating in various payroll-related projects and developments.
Your Profile:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
  • A commercial basic education with specialised training in payroll or social insurance (such as Social Insurance Specialist) or an equivalent higher education in payroll management.
  • A passion for payroll administration and social insurance, coupled with strong numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP HCM and Polypoint PEP (time tracking system), as well as advanced MS Office skills.
  • Quick comprehension, a hands-on mentality, and a structured and precise work approach.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset, along with a commitment to reliable, independent, and accurate work.
