We are seeking a Senior Private Assets Client Services Specialist to focus on planning, building, actively developing and coordinating the sales and promotion of private assets solutions and products to private clients.
The role will be based in Geneva or Zurich and will report to the Head of Client Services, Private Assets, within Investment Solutions.
Senior Private Assets Client Services Specialist
Your roleDrive the effective distribution of private assets across the private banking business.
Participate alongside private bankers and investment portfolio managers in client meetings. Interact with clients and act as the asset class specialist in close collaboration with the broader Private Assets team.
Ensure adequate representation of private assets within IS investment views, strategy, asset allocation grids and mandate profiles.
Train private bankers, investment specialists, portfolio managers about the nature of private assets
Contribute to create effective and impactful marketing materials.
Project management: design distribution roadmaps, identify required legal structures, regulatory distribution requirements and constraints, understand tax implications, define operational processes, and set procedures for successful delivery
Ensure the review of risks, issues and dependencies that could impact delivery
Your profileMore than 8 years of relevant work experience in a private equity sales or private equity investments
Understanding of private banking environment, products, technology and financial instruments
A proven self-starter; ability to operate independently and with limited oversight
Able to prioritise in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
High degree of business and commercial awareness, strong sales skills
Good team player with a strong willingness to contribute to common efforts and help others
Fluent in English; German would be a plus
Excellent communication (written and verbal), networking and presentation skills
Willingness to travel
