Job Description
Agius & Partners has perpetual mandates with over 20+ prestigious Private Banks in Switzerland to hire Senior Private Bankers (Relationship Managers)
Profile:
A minimum of 5 -10 years of Swiss relationship management experience as a Private Banker in a Private Bank or Family Office
Possessing a well-established, high-quality book of private banking business that generates a robust ROA.
Exhibiting a strong entrepreneurial spirit and maintaining solid relationships with your clients.
Currently working in a private bank, an EAM, a multi-family office.
Teams are welcome.
Expectations:
Onboard and manage (U)HNW clients from your target market. NOTE: If the end client is a family office, in most cases, client books do not need to move to custodian banks.
Utilize your existing personal network to acquire new relationships and achieve targets.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and build strong connections with clients.
