The Role




We're looking for a

Senior Product Designer

to elevate the design of Strategyzer's playbooks, programs, platform, and digital experiences. You'll collaborate across product, engineering, and program design to turn complex challenges into simple, elegant, and engaging solutions. Our products are currently

web-based

and serve both individuals and enterprise teams, so you'll need to balance a

B2B and B2C mindset

.


This role is for a designer who thrives from research to high-fidelity design, uses product and user insights to guide decisions, and helps build a design culture around simplicity, clarity, and impact.


What You'll Do




Lead end-to-end product design for core Strategyzer products (from discovery to polished execution).


Use product and user analytics to inform design decisions and measure impact.

Translate business strategy, customer insights, and program content into intuitive user experiences.

Drive design sprints, prototyping, and testing with users to validate ideas quickly.

Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across our platform.

Collaborate with product management and engineering to ship high-quality, impactful features.

Contribute to Strategyzer's culture of simplicity, visual thinking, and customer obsession.


What You Bring




5+ years of experience designing digital products (B2B SaaS experience a plus).

Experience with product analytics and a strong curiosity to use data to drive design outcomes.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work that balances simplicity, usability, and delight.

Proven ability to run user research, synthesize insights, and translate them into product decisions.

Experience with design systems, prototyping tools, and Figma

Nuanced understanding of how modern AI tooling can be used to improve and accelerate parts of the design process.
Comfortable supporting modern development processes by providing user stories, acceptance criteria, and feedback during development.
You're proactive and thrive in ambiguity. You don't wait for instructions, you figure out what's needed, clearly articulate potential solutions, and help make success happen.
A collaborative mindset: you work well with cross-functional teams and bring people along the journey.
Very strong communication skills and capable of interfacing with multiple roles in a small, fast-moving team

You actively seek and provide feedback on your work and collaboration style.
