Aufgaben



As a Senior Product Owner for System Accessories, you shape the future of an entire product segment. You define the strategy, steer a cross-functional team, and take full entrepreneurial ownership. In this leadership position, you connect customer insights, market trends and business goals to ensure your product delivers maximum impact across global markets.

Your main tasks:

Lead and coach a cross-functional Product Team, define acceptance criteria, and support team members in delivering high-quality results.

Translate the overarching Power Tools strategy into a clear product segment vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment and understanding across stakeholders.

Take full responsibility for the product segment's lifecycle decisions and drive profitability through entrepreneurial decision-making.

Own and manage the product backlog - including prioritization, team task assignments and the overall delivery process.

Serve as the central communication point for internal and external stakeholders.

Foster teamwork and a high-performance culture within the product team.

Profil

Education:

Completed university degree in marketing, (business) engineering, or a comparable qualification, Experience in or affinity with the craft/trades sector is a plus

Experience & Know-how:

6-9 years of professional experience (Mid-Senior Level), ideally in product management or product ownership, Expert-level knowledge of market and user needs, Solid understanding of product development and value stream steering, Project management and strategic planning experience

Working Style:

Strong analytical thinking and a structured, outcome-oriented approach, Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability, Strategic thinking, Familiar with agile working methods.

Personality:

Strong communicator who navigates confidently between different stakeholder groups, Team-oriented, proactive and motivating leadership style, High self-motivation and a drive to continuously improve products and processes

Languages:

Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is an advantage

Travel:

Willingness to travel internationally: approx. 5-10%
