Manage processes and tools for Quality Supply Chain globally. Engage in quality operations activities related to global supply chain and supplier quality projects.

What you'll do:

Act as the global QMS lead for Supply Chain Quality and Supplier Lifecycle management Lead and participate in global Quality Supply Chain & Supplier quality projects Act as the global SME for supply chain integrity and support sites in finding the right approach for qualification of their suppliers Own and drive improvements to the supplier criticality & qualification matrix Coordinate Quality/Compliance projects aligning with company strategy and objectives Communicate compliance risks to relevant management and quality heads Actively manage global quality activities from Supply Chain initiatives Represent Lonza in managing Good Distribution Practices and warehousing standards Handle global Change Control process regarding supplier quality and supply chain quality management Support drafting, negotiating, and finalizing Supplier Quality Agreements and Supplier Commitment Letters Support development and improvement of tools and documents for Quality Agreements Report on QA Supplier performance including Risk Assessment and managing important metrics

Other activities:

Update training matrices for the global supply chain quality team Maintain system for TW access training to sites Mentor and coach junior team members Provide constructive feedback to promote quality culture Demonstrate Lonza Quality Behaviors

What we're looking for:

Academic degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field Strong knowledge of cGMPs and cGDP requirements Extensive experience in Quality Supply Chain operations Proven experience in Supplier Qualification and Supplier Monitoring Leadership experience in a global matrix organization Strong drive and customer-focused attitude Proficient in risk assessment and management tools Ability to handle complex situations and define tasks independently Highly organized to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; German is a plus
