Your Tasks


Take ownership of strategic customer projects in Business Aviation - from planning to successful delivery Lead interdisciplinary project teams in a matrix setup (Product Management, Engineering, Production Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and international subsidiaries) Align requirements with internal and external stakeholders and ensure all parties work towards common objectives Safeguard customer satisfaction and strengthen the reputation of Pilatus in the market Contribute to department-wide strategies in close collaboration with Business Aviation leadership Monitor project progress, identify risks early and drive corrective actions

Technical degree (FH) with at least 5 years of professional experience in program and project management, ideally in aviation Professional experience in the aircraft industry Proven track record in coordination and planning across complex organizations Strong communication skills in English (C1) and German (B2) Proactive, accountable and flexible personality with strong interpersonal skills
