About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic transformation initiative focused on the master data landscape within a major Swiss financial institution. The project aims to redefine and modernize the approach to customer and contract data management.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the master data strategy project, overseeing all phases from analysis through implementation.
• Conduct a comprehensive review of the existing master data architecture and governance.
• Develop a long-term target vision for the evolution of customer and contract data management.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Define actionable implementation paths and change management packages.
• Ensure delivery of project milestones in line with strategic business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 12 years of experience in project management, including large-scale enterprise or banking-related initiatives.
• Strong background in CRM systems and customer master data management.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive organizational change.
• Familiarity with Swiss financial services is advantageous.

Technical Competencies

• In-depth understanding of CRM and Master Data Management (MDM) platforms and solutions available on the market.
• Ability to assess, recommend, and work with modern data technologies.

Language Requirements

• German: Fluent (spoken and written)
• English and French: Optional; levels to be defined based on project needs
