Our Business Line "Data, Analytics & AI" is responsible for providing and leveraging Data & AI technology that drive value creation for our customers. The numerous projects vary in scope, industry, and company.


We are looking for a motivated Senior Manager & Teamleader DataAI for our Lausanne office, with strong experience in Business Development for DataAI consulting services and in leading related projects.

Your Responsibilities

As a Team Leader DataAI, you will collaborate with Sales and guide DataAI Engineers of various specializations to sell and deliver cutting-edge DataAI solutions to clients. A key part of your role is to empower, motivate, and grow your own team of DataAI Experts. The position requires strong Business Development soft skills, DataAI strategy & governance expertise, and leadership qualities.




Generate new leads together with Marketing and your professional network in Romandie. Drive the acquisition of new client projects by preparing proposals and discussing them with clients alongside our Sales team. Act personally as a Senior Project Manager on client projects and serve as a mentor to project team members as well as the main point of contact for our clients. Coach your experienced team members in their personal development This includes recruiting and conducting annual reviews. Contribute to the leadership team of the Data, Analytics & AI business unit in Switzerland overall.

Your Profile

Master's degree at university level (ETH/EPFL or equivalent). At least 10 years of working experience and thereof 5 years of experience selling and delivering DataAI solutions using Azure, AWS, Databricks. Excitement for winning deals. Personal network in the DataAI community in Romandie based on several years of consulting experience. Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Several years of leadership experience is an advantage. Fluent in French and English is a must; Basic German is an advantage. * Willingness to travel to clients in Romandie three days per week.
